Updates

To receive updates, you must have an account on the Discord platform. Creating a ticket on discord server is required, A detailed tutorial (picture) described step by step is available on the server. All updates are free – you only pay once for the initial purchase.

Accessing Your Orders:

1. If you purchased with an account:

   • Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Purchases” section. There, you’ll find access to all your orders.

2. If you purchased without an account:

   • Check the email address you provided during the purchase. Sellfy automatically sends an order confirmation email with a download link.

Important Notes:

• Ensure that the email is kept safe.
• If your email provider sends Sellfy’s messages to your spam folder, move them to your inbox and mark them as important. Otherwise, these emails may be automatically deleted after 30 days.
