Thank you for choosing to purchase from my digital store. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for assistance.

Access

1. Account Holders:

   • If you have a registered Sellfy account, log in and navigate to the "My Purchases" section to access your orders.

2. Guest Purchases:

   • If you purchased without registering an account, find the confirmation email sent by Sellfy. This email contains your order details and a download link.
   • Keep this email safe. If it is mistakenly sent to your spam folder, move it to your inbox and mark it as important to avoid accidental deletion.

3. Access to defs:

• • To access the defs, you must have an account on the Discord platform. You must create a ticket on my Discord server, which allows me to send personalized update files. A detailed tutorial (picture) described step by step is available on the server. 

1. Download Limit:

   • Each product can be downloaded up to five times. Contact support if the limit is exceeded (provided the link hasn’t been shared or leaked).

File Formats & Compatibility

1. File Formats:

   • Products may be available in .scs or .rar formats. Some .rar files may require additional files and a password, which can be obtained through Discord.

2. Software Requirements:

   • Use software like WinRAR or 7zip to extract the files. Detailed instructions are included in the product description and the package itself.

3. Platform Compatibility:

   • Products are designed for Windows and optimized for DirectX11/DirectX12. OpenGL is not supported.
   • Each product is compatible with a specific game version. Updates for future versions are provided at no additional cost unless otherwise specified.

4. Update Policy:

   • Updates are offered to ensure compatibility and may include additional features or fixes.
   • Updates are not guaranteed indefinitely and may cease due to personal circumstances.

Usage & Protection

1. License Agreement:

   • Purchasing a product grants you a personal license to use it. Ownership remains with AdverMods
   • The license is for a single user and cannot be shared across multiple individuals or households.

2. Restricted Activities:

   • Sharing, reselling, or trading purchased content is strictly prohibited.
   • Participating in activities or groups that promote unauthorized sharing of content may result in access removal.
   • Modifying locked files is prohibited

3. DMCA Protection:

   • Unauthorized distribution of content will result in action under copyright laws.
   • Uploader information will be recorded and used to file copyright violation claims if necessary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal:

   • Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, but this right expires once the product is downloaded.

2. Refunds:

   • Refunds are not available for downloaded digital content. Carefully review product descriptions before purchase.

3. Support:

   • If you encounter issues, contact me through Facebook, email, Discord or the website contact form. I am available 24/7 to resolve any concerns.

Additional Points

1. Store Closure:

   • While unlikely, I reserve the right to close the store should personal circumstances require it.

2. Mod Expansion:

   • Mods may receive additional content over time at my discretion, inspired by community feedback or personal interest.

3. Customer Support:

   • I'm committed to ensuring a positive experience and will make every effort to assist with technical or compatibility issues.
